Ranked Choice Voting is a better way to vote.

Ranked Choice Voting is a simple but powerful way to vote that allows voters to rank candidates in order of preference and ensures winners with a majority or the highest support possible in a single, decisive and cost-effective election. In ranked choice elections, voters rank as many or as few candidates as they like from their favorite to least favorite: first choice, second choice, and so on. RCV empowers voters with more choice, requires winning candidates to build a broad coalitions of support, eliminates the spoiler effect, and reduces negative campaigning.

Minnesotans have been pioneering the use of this fair and easy voting method for more than two decades. Voters in cities where RCV is used overwhelmingly report less negative campaigning, increased satisfaction with elections, and a significant preference for RCV over the old system.
